We were shopping in IMM when Pakcik was hungry AGAIN.
He craved for prata so we went to the prata stall outside the food court at level 2.
It was a bit doughy, unlike the roti canai from Malaysia. I was cutting it into tiny pieces and dipped them in the curry. The curry was quite good.
After taking a few bites, I realized that the plain prata tasted better when I nibbled it instead of chewing in big pieces. I can actually taste the slight sweetness in the dough and appreciate the difference layers from the crispy surface to the doughy center. If you have the time, you should try eating prata this way too. Because sometimes when you gobble food, you don’t really taste the essence of it.
