Made French toast for breakfast. It’s been quite long since I last had it so I felt happy that I could satisfy my craving and finish off the remaining multi-grain bread at the same time!
– 4 slices of multi-grain bread
– 2 large eggs
– 3 teaspoons of fine sugar
– a dash of salt
– some olive oil
First gently beat up the eggs, sugar and salt. Once mixed, coat the bread with the egg mixture. Make sure the bread is fully coated.
Next, heat up the olive oil in a non-stick pan. Pan fry the bread until golden brown. Serve immediately with some caster sugar if desired.
