About this blog:

After much thoughts and procrastinations, I have finally decided to set up this blog. This will be my public blog to share about food, travel, and my daily sees and dos.

Why “My Daily Moo”?

This is due to my relation and liking for cows~  I was born in the year of Cow (zodiac), inherited a temper of a bull, and of course, the obsession with beef! Though I do aim to blog daily, but I doubt it will ever be possible. I will blog about interesting things I see, yummy food I eat and funny gossips I hear.

About Me:

I am a foodie. Having the stomach of a cow, I can never resist food. My favourite  food is sushi and salmon! I guess salmon is the greatest creation of god. Because of my love for food, I enjoy cooking a lot. Times when I am free, I would try to whip up a few dishes to share with my family and friends.

I like to travel, to see the amazing sceneries of different countries, sample the local food and meet people. Beach holiday can be really relaxing and fun too. I like to relax on the beach, enjoying the sea breeze and tanning session.

I have 2 sides of me. Not implying that I am a schizophrenia,  but just that I have 2 different behaviours. When I am in a good mood, especially in front of food, I will be known as SiQi. SiQi is friendly, happy and sweet. But if I am in a bad mood, I will be known as SK. SK is grumpy, angsty and never politically correct.

Personally, I believe in treating people with fairness. Do unto others as you would have them do unto you. Be nice to me and I will be extra nice to you.

Note: All the photos belongs to me (unless otherwise stated), so please contact me before you copy or use them.

  6. Hello!
Just wanted to thank you for sharing all your JB haunts because i was clueless where the places were located. Please continue sharing! 🙂

  7. I was looking for some nice French restaurants in Singapore (I used to study, work & live in Singapore from 1980-2003 & now back in my hometown Sungai Petani, Kedah, Malaysia), for my next visit. I found Brasserie les Saveurs & was led to your blog as you had visited there recently.
Well, I like your blog although the articles are still not many but it’s nice – maybe like you I’m a foodie too! Your photos on food are really well shot (what camera are you using?) – even the hawker center food looks like from big restaurants? Keep it up.
I saw you already got 4 thousand hits which is very encouraging for a new blogger!

    • Hi Chin Woo,

Thank you for reading my blog. =)
I have just started on this blog in May so there are not many posts yet, but I will persevere to update it frequently.
I am using Canon IXUS 100 IS, and my phone camera (Sony Ericsson W995) if I did not bring my compact camera.
Still learning on how to take good pictures of food, and thank you for your encouragement!

You mentioned that you are from Malaysia. Me too! But I grew up in Singapore so I am not so familiar with Malaysia. But I love the food in my hometown!!
I will always gain a few kg when I visit my grandparents in Malaysia, all because of the good food there.
Do you have a blog too? If so, I can visit your blog too!
