Lunch today was decided at TCC again~!
I have been craving for it and ah Hua was thinking of the Mentaiko Pasta.

We went to the TCC at German Centre. The service and ambiance there was quite good. I wished I didn’t have to return to work after lunch.

Min highly recommended the Shrooms Bite, so we ordered to share.

The Shrooms Bite is actually a crispy pastry puff filled with creamy mushroom and corn. The filling was really good! Be careful not to pop the whole piece into the mouth as it’s piping hot inside!
Yummy~ I would definitely recommend this snack to all my friends~

Ah Hua’s Mentaiko Spaghetti with Salmon Tataki. The egg yolk was slightly over cooked, but the delicious mentaiko sauce would make up for it. The salmon was nicely seared and orange in the middle. So glad that the standard did not drop!

Min had the Baked Chicken Thigh with Wholegrain Mustard Sauce. The presentation was pretty. I tried some of the chicken and I liked it too. Very tender and the sauce was really good.

I had the Yuza Scented Spaghetti with Teriyaki Salmon. I love the generous serving of salmon! The teriyaki sauce tasted just right; not too salty or too sweet. If the salmon was also lightly seared, it would taste perfect! The pasta was light with a mild scent of Yuzu. I still prefer the creamy mentaiko sauce more. =)
Thanks to ah Hua’s TCC card, we had 15% off the bill~
I look forward to the next TCC lunch!
